This is a screenshot of a Microsoft SharePoint site that was created to track and monitor client feedback and analytics that were sourced from multiple channels, including Medallia Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Whatfix Analytics, and Tableau, and others.
Each page was created with specific analytics for or from a subset of commercial banking application stakeholders, including client survey feedback, client feedback from Client Advisory Services (CAS), Whatfix Analytics for future application releases, Whatfix Analytics for migrating users (from a previous version of banking application), internal feedback submissions, reports on feedback and analytics, and internal content requests.
The site also included automation from Microsoft Power Automate, which allowed content from Microsoft Forms to be automatically imported to a chosen List on the site, and then for the results to be emailed to specific stakeholders.
